It’s a refreshing white wine with floral notes and hints of pear, apple, and banana, offering a pleasant freshness and a touch of savoriness.
On the palate, it’s delicate, fresh, savory, harmonious, and has a good aromatic persistence.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with light soups, herb risottos, fish dishes, and white meats.
