Gnoremà – Montepulciano d'Abruzzo D.O.C. is an organic wine that comes from the gentle hills of Chieti, kissed by the sea breeze and protected by the Majella mountain.

Gnoremà is an easy-drinking Montepulciano d'Abruzzo D.O.C.

The sweet, velvety tannins of Montepulciano are even more delicate in this wine, thanks to the short skin contact during fermentation — only 4 days.

It has a ruby red color and an intense, persistent bouquet with notes of red fruits and cherries.

Perfect both as an aperitif with cured meats and cheeses, and with meat-based dishes or ragù sauces.

Serving temperature: 16–18°C

• Production area: Torrevecchia Teatina (CH)
• Yield per hectare: 12 tons
• Soil type: medium-textured
• Training system: pergola (tendone)
• Planting density: 1,600 vines per hectare
• Vinification: crushing and destemming followed by 4–6 days of skin maceration with the must at 28–30°C, racking, and ageing in stainless steel for 5 months
• Bottling period: March following the harvest
