Production area: Veneto – Italy
Style: A delicate sparkling wine, obtained through refermentation in small stainless steel autoclaves at low temperature, with a process that lasts about 45 days.
Foam: Abundant and evanescent, with a fine and persistent perlage.
Color: Pale straw yellow.
Aroma: Finely fruity, with a delicate, aromatic, well-balanced bouquet of great elegance.
Taste: Clean and smooth, with hints of green apple.
Serving suggestion: Excellent as an aperitif, perfect with first courses.
Serving temperature: 6–8°C
